The sugar spark hit me square in the face when I found myself binge watching those baking shows on T.V., you know the ones?  Those baking champions made it look so easy.  Sure, I made cookies and brownies as a child, but this was sugar to the one-billionth degree.  That's when I decided to give it a whirl.  Come on, is there anything better than seeing someone enjoy something you made?  I figured, they can do it, why can't I?  a child smile while eating a cupcake or a cookie?  I started making homemade cakes for my family and friends...and shortly thereafter received orders. Since then I’ve learned several techniques and challenged myself to create unique one of a kind sweets for my customers.  After all, it's not just cake - it's a creation!!
